Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are a must have at the dinner table. Fried brussels sprouts are my favorite way to serve the dish. Air frying your brussels sprouts gives you that good crispy sprout you want from frying without all that excess oil! The environment of an air fryer, with high circulating heat, makes for the best Brussels sprout you've ever had! Follow this recipe for tasty, crispy, healthy brussels sprouts!

Everyone loves crispy crunchy Brussels sprouts, and air fryers are the perfect tool for that! This recipe makes perfectly fried Brussels sprouts without all the oil, making them tasty and super healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 1 brussels sprouts

  • 1 tbsp 1 olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 salt

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp 1 soy sauce

  • 2 tsp 2 honey

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 sriracha or chili-garlic sauce

  • salt and pepper for serving

Directions

  • Heat an air fryer to 380 degrees. Trim the Brussels sprouts, then cut in half.
  • In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts in the basket and cook for 8 minutes. Remove the basket and shake the sprouts. Return to the air fryer for 8-10 more minutes.
  • While that's cooking, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and sriracha in a large bowl. Add the brussels sprouts back into this bowl and toss to coat. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired, and serve immediately.
