Air Fryer Potato Wedges

When it comes to potatoes, nothing hits those taste buds quite like a nice, crispy potato wedge. When you season them right and pair them with the right dipping sauce, nothing comes even close. Thats why if you ask me, potato wedges are the number one side dish for any meal. Just for transparency's sake, I do not think this has to be a side dish, I will demolish a family platter of these bad boys with ease and still ask for more. I've always been a fan of trying different ways to make them, and each way is its own piece of art in and of itself. Today, we're making our potato wedges in the air fryer!

Potato wedges are my favorite side dish, but they're so oily! Ever since I started making them in my air fryer, I haven't been able to stop eating them! Follow this recipe to make healthier, tastier potato wedges!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb 1 1/4 russet potatoes, scrubbed, dried, and cut into cubes

  • 1 tbsp 1 olive oil

  • 1 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 seasoned salt

  • 3/4 tsp 3/4 paprika

  • 3/4 tsp 3/4 dried Italian seasoning

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, seasoned salt, paprika and Italian seasoning. Toss well to combine.
  • Heat an air fryer to 400 degrees for 2 minutes. Place the potatoes in the basket and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the basket and shake. Return the potatoes to the air fryer for 8-10 more minutes, until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve immediately.
